General information for on-site participants
- Registrations open at 18.00-20.00 on Sunday 26 Oct (Folkets Hus) and at 8.30 on Monday 27 Oct. Registration desk will be open during the entire week.
- Jackets are NOT allowed inside of the rooms (fire safety!), please respect it and give your jacket at the garderobe on the entrance floor (free and manned).
- The entire building is not booked for us, and other people may go to specific rooms, please have your badge on you!
- Do not leave your bags unattended during lunches, please give it at the garderobe if you would like to leave at the venue.
- Lunches: restaurants have been informed of the conference and some of them offer reductions if you have your badge or special offers to be served more quickly and efficiently. Visit Umeå booth next to the registration desk can provide more information.
- Coffee breaks: 4 stations, 2 on floor 1 and 2 on floor 2 (see maps here) please spread out! Water is available at any time with your bottle or with resuable glasses (do NOT throw them!). Coffee can be purchased on machines outside of coffee breaks.
- Rooms: Studion, Tonsalen, Idun, Miklagård. COEO is filming in each room for digital participation therefore we kindly ask everyone to speak in the mic for digital participants. We also strongly encourage everyone to ask your questions in the app/platform, all unanswered questions will be forwarded in a forum linked to the session & room for the speakers to answer after the session. Balder room is a quiet/working room available at any time (expect Wed 29 and Thu 30 lunch time).
- Posters on 2 floors (see floor maps), a poster table will be available where you find more information about where and how to attached your poster. Please return the magnets at the poster table when you remove your poster from the board.
- Daily News will be available in the section daily news
- All information on social activities are posted here, have you badge or the app for your entrance ticket.
- Press and photographs will be present for some sessions. Photos for content of presentations only are NOT allowed unless the speaker agrees (see also Code of Conduct on the website).
- All sessions will be recorded and available on the digital platform for one month (until 1 Dec).
Please return the magnets at the poster table and the lanyard before leaving, they will be reused next year.
