COEO: Digital platform and the ESWW App

During ESWW, you will have access to our event app and the digital platform provided by COEO. Some participants have already received an invitation, and all attendees will receive an invitation on Monday, the 20th, via email. If you haven’t received an invitation after that date, please contact linnea[at]coeo.events.

The app can be accessed from your mobile device when you connect the platform. 
To install it on your mobile – open the platform on your phone, log-in (or create your account), and a button will appear with ”install app”, follow the instructions. Please note that the "app" is a mobile friendly short-cut of the platform and it will avoid you to log-in several time if you use the platform only on your mobile phone. 

In the app and on the platform, you will find:

• Recordings of all sessions - so you won’t miss any parallel presentations you want to see
• The full programme day by day - with the option to create your personal schedule (click on the star on the top right to save your favorite session)
• The participant list - network with other attendees and exchange e-cards
• Digital posters - categorized and numbered; you can ask questions directly to the poster presenter or make a video call privately with that person
• Digital sponsor spaces
• Information about your selected activities - to easily show as a ticket at the entrance to each activity
• The pool for voting on the questions (deadline 28 Oct) for the panel discussion on Wednesday morning "Future of Space Weather in Europe".

As they are many participants at the conference, we strongly encourage you to ask all your questions in the app or through the platform.
